EFour Properties was established in 2019 as a real estate development company, based out of Atlanta, GA. We buy and sell real estate, and are also active participants in the short and long term rental property space. We are active in the North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida real estate markets.
EFour Properties encompasses what it means to be buyers and sellers of real estate. We like to buy properties with the end goal of providing high quality homes that enhance neighborhood beautification.
